Welcome to Chantilly Golden Retrievers online home! My love of the breed started when our first Golden Retriever "Cindal" came into our lives. She embodied everything a Golden Retriever should be. My love of show dogs came when I met a Golden Retriever named Oscar, who lived near by. He was the nicest Golden to that point I had ever seen. Little did I know he was BIS BISS Am/Can Ch Eirene's Academy  Performance SDHF and the future sire of my first show puppy. This puppy introduced me to the wonderful world of dog shows. "Juno" went on to become my 1st Canadian Champion in the Fall of 2004. That was it and I was hooked! 

 
At Chantilly Golden Retrievers, we put great care and effort into planning our litters. We ensure all dogs being bred have passed all their health clearances (hips & elbows, eyes, and hearts). We also insist all dogs bred have proven themselves as Canadian and/or American Champions. We strive to breed show quality Goldens that have many generations of reputable Champions. We also want to focus on breeding versatile Goldens that excel in other venues of competition. Never forgetting temperament all dogs bred and kept at Chantilly Golden Retrievers must have "golden temperaments" not only with children but all other dogs and animals.
Chantilly Goldens does NOT encourage, promote, or support the breeding of Goldendoodles or any "designer breeds" for that matter. So if this is something you are interested in or looking for please don't bother to contact us.

We only keep a reasonable number of dogs so we can attend regular classes and do individual activities with each dog. Those steps and time in the house being part of our family are what make our dogs so enjoyable to be around. When our dogs are not hitting the conformation rings they enjoy, visits to the nearby creek to swim, long walks in the fields and trails, playing in the yard basically just enjoying just being dogs. I can honestly say I have some of the most balanced and happy canines around.
